Shipping
Every piece is made to order. It takes 2-5 business days to produce before it ships, via DHL, DPD, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location. Total time from order to your door:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and charged once per order. Orders over €75 ship free. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Customs and import duties on orders outside the EU, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason required. To start a return, email us at support@begravisk.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You'll get your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice, though we may wait until the item is back with us or you've shown proof it's on its way, whichever comes first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@begravisk.com with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
